Poshmark Tips
Share Share SHARE!
1) Share other peoples listings daily
2) Share your own listings daily
By sharing listings it helps the item go up on top of the posh search feed and also shares it to your followers. If someone is looking for a Gap Sweater, it will appear at the top of gap listings or sweater listings.
DO NOT LOW BALL yourself! Well if you are at least do it like this.
I've seen some sellers sell their items $3 - $7 a listing. If you think about the effort and time put into it's not worth your time, and it doesn't always sell as well as you think it would.
Instead of listing low, list it higher!
If you think about it, like you and me, Poshers are always looking for great deals. Currently, Poshmark shipping $7.11 for one order. If they are buying 1 item they still have to pay $7.11 vs buying multiple items for the same shipping rate.
Try doing bundle deals! My favorite deals so far are 5 for $25(Test different variations that work for you).
The trick to this is, always to post your items higher, and leave room for sale price drops. When you have a good amount of likes on your item, and you drop the price. Here where the magic happens, posh will sends a notification to the likers with a cheaper $4.99 or sometimes even $3.99 shipping special for 6 hours. It's a great way to remind your customers to come back to your closet, and they get extra savings. The best part is, this shipping deduction is covered by posh and not you. It's a win-win for both buyer and seller.
Back to the bundle deals like 5 for $25. This is great for clearing out old inventory at the end of the year or when you have a good amount of likers but no one is buying anything. Instead of listing it at $5, list the item at a regular price. Once you have a good amount of like you can drop the price and the likers return to your page, have a post explaining your deals in your store. For example, you can say all listings marked $14 and under are part of a bundle deal or all listings with a "❤️" is part of the 5 for $25 deal. Get creative, try different ideas.
The key is always to leave room for drop prices & offers so you can send a notification to buyers that are interested to come back.
Also keep in mind that once you drop the price, for the item, I'm not sure if the cheaper shipping rate will apply the 2nd time unless you drop it lower than the 1st price. If you know let me know, haha I'm always learning new things about posh.
I hope this mini-guide helps you!
Sincerely,
Kristina
